Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order ready as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Destinations
We deliver to the Netherlands and to countries across Europe. Whether you are located nearby in Tilburg or further across the continent, we work hard to ensure your outdoor storage products reach you in perfect condition. For specific delivery availability in your region, please check at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size of your order, and the weight of the items. We always aim to offer competitive and fair shipping rates. For large or bulky outdoor storage products such as sheds, garden boxes, or storage benches, additional shipping fees may apply due to the size and weight of the items.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For customers within the Netherlands, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. For European deliveries, estimated delivery times range from 5–10 business days depending on the destination country. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. We encourage you to monitor your tracking information so you are available to receive your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Large & Bulky Items
Some of our outdoor storage products are large and heavy by nature. For these items, delivery may require special handling and could take additional time compared to standard shipments. In some cases, a scheduled delivery appointment may be required. If this applies to your order, our team or the carrier will reach out to coordinate a suitable delivery time with you.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Send us an email at support@outdoorstoragemarket.com with your order number and photos of the damage if applicable, and we will work swiftly to resolve the situation by offering a replacement or a suitable solution.
Delays
While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be occasions where delays occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or high order volumes during holiday periods. We appreciate your patience in such situations and will always keep you informed if we become aware of any significant delays affecting your order.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Outdoor Storage is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the customs clearance process.
