Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return. Please ensure that all original accessories, parts, and documentation are included with your return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include items that have been custom-made or personalized to your specifications, items that have been assembled or installed, items that are returned without their original packaging, and items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at support@outdoorstoragemarket.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your item back without first receiving confirmation and instructions from us.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
